Counteract - WP2 meeting

As part of a European project, the CEA organised a one-day working meeting at the MIFJC on 5 April 2023.

The CEA is coordinator of COUNTERACT, a European project co-funded by the EDF fund aimed at strengthening the European Union's preparedness against nuclear, radiological, biological and chemical (CBRN) threats. WP2 aims at building a light and agile multi-sector (public/private) infrastructure capable of responding rapidly to a new threat and at developing a new adapted antidote.

The project is scheduled on a four-year term and started in December 2022.

Among the research institutes involved are the Institut de Biologie François Jacob with the IDMIT and iRCM departments, and the Institut des Sciences du Vivant Frédéric Joliot with the Pharmacology and Immunoanalysis (SPI) department of the DMTS.
